Located off of Highway 153 in the northeast suburb of Chattanooga, Hixson, TN, Integra Vista is a 280 unit apartment complex and just part one of a three phase project expanding over 20 acres of land. Hillock’s Farm was the roundabout and road leading back to the apartment complex, though these jobs were separate they both required much attention and obstacles to overcome. Brown Bros., INC took care of: earth moving, grading, erosion control, road layout, utility work, site stabilization and installed underground detention. For this job we moved 440,000 feet of dirt, installed over 12,000 ft. of silt fence and required BMP’s and laid 10,774 ft. of sanitary sewer, water and storm pipe. The job is still ongoing but we are on schedule and on budget.
