The Result
Brown Bros. moved 1.2 million cubic yards of dirt on the project, shaping a large raw tract into buildable lots with the grades and drainage the neighborhood will depend on. Crews first entered the site for grading in February 2025, with the main earthwork running from March 2025 on.
The project is in its final stage now — topsoil, slope matting, and stabilization — as Hillock Farms finishes out as a development-ready residential community.
